Immediate and accurate transmission of information, quick reaction to it, and control of its implementation, is the basic intention and goal of the application of this module.

    Through the subject module with the use of smartphones, maids are given daily tasks by the housekeeper. At the same time, they have the possibility and the obligation to promptly transfer information about changes that are important to pass on to other departments (reception, housekeeping, maintenance, room service), such as: report of room status, state of the minibar, report of observed damages, report of malfunctions, confiscation of room inventory and equipment etc.

    By using the relevant module, all information directed towards the maintenance department is the basis for opening work orders and assigning executors, as well as the allocation of the necessary material for the repair in question. Using Android smartphones, executors take over tasks, register (with a recording) the condition before and after the repair, and send information about the completion to other departments, which have an impact on further business activities. In this way, information is available to those who need it practically at the moment of its entry. In addition to the above, the system records the executor's time, thus offering additional opportunities for better planning and scheduling of employees' working hours.

    As part of the DIVENTA information system, DIVENTA webHOUSEKEEPING is integrated with other modules such as DIVENTA PMS, DIVENTA Maintenance, DIVENTA Household, DIVENTA Material Management, DIVENTA Human Resources and DIVENTA Labour Costs.
